Cherry Bomb (Ch. 5: The Reveal)

    -9:53 AM-

    Ms. Leevue decided to cut class short to talk to Cecilia about the letter. Rei met up with the two to see what they have found. 

    "By the looks of this, I believe it's Insanity's handwriting. her I's and J's would have hearts instead of the the usual dot. The O's have an oval on the top of them, which could be the fact that she writes a bit sloppy, but everyone's got their own style...That's all I can really decipher from this." Cecilia explained while looking through the letter carefully.

    Rei's eyes lit up with the spark of love that was dim for a long time, her cheeks turned bubblegum pink, and the happiness that was deflated inside her chest inflated big and strong once again.

    "I-It was her the whole time...I-I can't believe it...and she slapped me..." Rei thought blushing madly covering her face with her delicate hands.

    "Why did the name 'Ivy' set her off to do such a thing? It's rather unusual to react to such a harmless name like that." Cecilia questioned.

    "Looks like we're gonna have to find out." Ms. Leevue answered before using the phone connected to the Office to let them know to bring down Insanity to the Health Classroom.

    Minutes later, she arrived confused with why she was called down, but when she saw Rei, she looked down upset recalling what had occurred earlier in hallway. Cecilia grabbed four chairs from the computers leaned against the wall, all four sat down to begin the discussion.

    "Alright, lets crack this issue wide open." Ms. Leevue stated, "So why did you react by slapping Rei when the name 'Ivy' was spoken?"

    Insanity looked down to the floor, little grey tears formed making her eyes wet and hard to see through in her point of view. Cecilia gently rubbed her thigh for emotional support, it felt lukewarm, like a lake beamed down by the morning summer's sun. After a long period of awkward silence, Insanity broke out slowly with information.

    "Wh-When I was a kid...I was enrolled into training to serve the ruler of all the Underworlds combined, Her. I was taken from the streets since two guards thought I may be capable to take on the challenge, so they escorted me to her and I was accepted immediately. The reason why I was accepted so quickly was because of my appearance, I had strength, a brighter attitude than I do now, and confidence...all of those details caused that woman to be wide eyed. When I worked my first few days, I was observed well by the ruler, she made notes as she followed. Then...after a month...the incident occurred..." Insanity explained before stopping mid-sentence, she began to sob into her arms.

    Ms. Leevue was into it, she motioned her to keep going with her story, but the dark angel nodded no as she sobbed. During the situation, Cecilia skimmed through the book of the UnderWorld to find the part about the slaves working for Her.

    "Here we go...according to page 111 in the book of the Underworld, it says that 'Her took in species that were suitable to serve her every command, to cook, to murder, to place meat on hooks, sexual favors, to fight, and to tamper with prisoners. Her is known for using the species called succubus to settle her 'cravings', since she has the struggle of keeping herself in control. However, when in contact...she would not take sexual pleasure gently when on top of the ones who are chosen, she would try to tear them apart and gnaw on his/her privates, chest, arms, etc. This would cause so much pain to the victim that it would make her crave for more...to the point of actually raping them." Cecilia read word for word from the textbook. 

    The teacher looked at Insanity questionably, "So wait...you're a succubus in disguise? Holy mother of Kame..."
   
    Insanity cried harder into her arms.

    "I WAS FORCED INTO IT AND I DIDN'T HAVE A GODDAMN CHOICE!!!"

     Cecilia went over to go hug her but was stopped by Rei and Ms. Leevue sat there in disbelief at what she had heard. The succubus floated over towards Insanity, hugged her and began to shed tears of remorse for the poor young lady. Then, she finally made the move that she had been wanting to do since the day she laid eyes on her at the bus stop. Rei gave her a gentle kiss on her tainted-with-salty-tears lips.
